Expectations and Responsibilities of REACT Learners
Overview
REACT courses are designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.
Learners are expected to engage fully, behave professionally, and uphold the values of CALS Australia PTY LTD.
These expectations are not merely behavioural—they are foundational to the success of the course and the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary team.
Learner Conduct and Engagement
Learners must show respect to all participants regardless of culture, ability, race, gender, age, or orientation.
Active participation is essential. Learners must engage with all course components including simulations, discussions, and debriefs.
Pre-course preparation is mandatory, including completion of all e-learning and reading materials.
Punctuality is expected for all sessions, including prompt return from breaks.
Learners should act with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, supporting others who may require assistance.
Equipment must be treated with care; any accidental damage must be reported immediately.
Health and safety procedures must be followed without exception.
USE OF REACT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION—INCLUDING COURSE CONTENT, DIGITAL MATERIALS, OR MANUALS—CONSTITUTES GROSS MISCONDUCT AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE LEARNER'S EMPLOYER AND LICENSING BODY.
